About The Role:
The Crowd are working with a leading international interior design studio that is seeking a confident and commercially driven Business Development Coordinator to help drive its next phase of growth. With a global portfolio spanning high-end hospitality, residential, and aviation, the studio works with top-tier operators, developers, and high-net-worth clients across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
The ideal candidate with be proactive and driven and blends strategic thinking with hands-on business generation. You will work closely with senior leadership and marketing to shape the business development strategy, build and nurture high-value relationships, and represent the studio at industry events in the UK and overseas. The role offers a rare platform to work at both strategic and client-facing levels, helping expand the studio’s reach and reputation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and convert high-potential leads across key sectors and regions
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, operators, developers, and suppliers
- Represent the studio at events
- Collaborate with senior team members on pitches, tenders, and client engagement
- Work with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals
- Maintain CRM records, track the sales pipeline, and report on progress
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 3 - 4+ years’ experience in business development, ideally within design, architecture, or related sectors
- Proven ability to win new business and manage high-level relationships
- Confident representing a brand at industry events in the UK and internationally
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly motivated with a focus on results
