A forward-thinking and multi award-winning architectural studio in London is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team on a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the built environment and will have InDesign and Microsoft Office proficiency. The practice is approaching a busy period and requires a proactive individual that can hit the ground running. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous bid experience to join an established and supportive company offering generous benefits, and a supportive and social working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify leads and opportunities for new projects and bids
- Ensure all bids are executed promptly, following the practice’s standards
- Manage SQ and tender responses by communicating with sub-consultants
- Ensure submissions are well written, within scope and branded
- Ensure all bids are supported with collateral documents
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in a bid coordinator position within the built environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required, and CRM/ERP/PIM systems are preferable
- Excellent analytical and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
