About The Role:
The Crowd are working with a specialist luxury lighting consultancy firm seeking a proactive and design-aware Junior Project Manager to join its London-based team. Our client works on a range of large lighting projects with renowned public and cultural institutions, working closely with some of the UK’s leading architects and designers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career ideally with some experience in interiors or design. You will learn on the job while supporting the sales team across active projects, gaining exposure to the full process from product selection through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing active projects and client relationships
- Assist with quoting, product selection, and proposal creation
- Help coordinate orders and logistics alongside the operations team
- Join client meetings, supplier briefings, and industry events to build your product and project knowledge
- Learn to advise on lighting specifications and product options
- Help maintain records, samples, and presentation materials

- Previous experience in a creative professional setting is preferred
