About The Role: Our client, an innovative large architecture practice known for their forward-thinking approach, are currently seeking a people focused HR Coordinator to join their collaborative team based in London. This well-established practice specialises in developing groundbreaking designs across various sectors.

As the HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing guidance to employees
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Overseeing employment contracts and visa applications
  • Facilitating feedback and evaluation procedures
  • Maintaining the People team calendar

This role will support the HR Manager in administering and coordinating the employee life cycle, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates with 1+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment looking to progress their career. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be first point of contact for employee queries
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate full employee lifecycle by managing employment offers, contracts, and visa applications for new hires
  • Maintain immigration records and ensure compliance with employer duties in the Sponsorship Management System
  • Handle employment contract variations, such as extensions, title changes, and salary adjustments
  • Oversee the HRIS and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews
  • Update and maintain HR documentation and templates
  • Manage employee benefits and schemes
  • Coordinate payroll, finance administration and support audits alongside the finance department
  • Administer employee access to relevant platforms and systems
  • Facilitate ongoing feedback and evaluation processes
  • Maintain employee birthday records on the team calendar

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Knowledgeable in UK employment law, international a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, ideally in architecture or a creative industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Office365
  • Familiarity with HRIS is advantageous
  • Passionate about working with people and eager to grow in the HR field
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
