About the Role: The Crowd are partnering with a highly respected, design-led interior design studio based in London, renowned for delivering beautifully crafted, detail-driven residential interiors of exceptional quality. With a strong pipeline of premium projects and a collaborative boutique studio culture, they are now seeking an FF&E Procurement Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and design-literate procurement professional to work closely with the Procurement Manager across all FF&E procurement activities. The role offers fantastic exposure across the full procurement lifecycle, from budgeting and supplier coordination through to installation and project close-out, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their career within a highly regarded studio environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with designers, suppliers, contractors, and external partners to ensure the seamless delivery of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment across multiple high-end residential projects. Initially, the role will involve supporting the Procurement Manager before taking ownership of procurement responsibilities during a maternity cover period, before continuing as a key member of the growing procurement and design team. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive, and detail-focused studio environment where teamwork and high-quality project delivery are at the heart of everything they do. The role offers a hybrid working model of one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day FF&E procurement activities across multiple high-end residential projects
- Assist with project budgeting, data entry, and procurement tracking using Excel and Estimac
- Manage purchase orders, lead times, deliveries, installations, and FF&E status reports
- Liaise with clients and project teams regarding procurement updates and project progress
- Coordinate storage, inspections, releases, and quality control of FF&E items
- Manage damage claims, replacements, and snagging processes where required
- Support interior designers with FF&E selection, ordering, and project close-out activities
- Assist with supplier database management and setting up new trade accounts
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Previous experience within an FF&E procurement role in an interior design studio
- Proven experience supporting high-end residential projects with significant FF&E budgets
- Strong design sensibility with an appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and detailing
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and procurement schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
