We are working with an Interior Architecture and Design studio based in London, known for their refined, design-led approach and strong portfolio of F&B and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. They are looking for a talented and confident Mid-weight Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is a pivotal role for someone who can collaborate on restaurant and bar projects from concept through to completion.
The ideal person will be comfortable taking ownership of projects, confident in a client-facing role, and have a strong eye for materials, detailing, and storytelling. You will be joining a studio that is collaborative, grounded, and ambitious with an excellent creative culture and a hands-on approach to design. This is a great opportunity to step into a key Mid-Weight role within a design-led studio doing thoughtful, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities:- Working on F&B/hospitality projects from initial brief through to delivery
- Running client presentations and building trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Ordering samples and creating 3D material boards
- Collaborating with suppliers and consultants, with a deep knowledge of materials and FF&E
- Producing and overseeing drawing packages and technical detailing
- Supporting the directors in managing workflow, resourcing, and mentoring more junior team members
- 4-5 years’ experience working on F&B projects across the UK
- A creative thinker with a refined eye for detail and materiality
- Confident leading projects and teams, while also being hands-on with drawings and delivery
- Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of building regulations & British standards
- Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
- A collaborative, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a growing team
