The Crowd are partnered with a growing and collaborative boutique, design-led interior consultancy, looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their friendly and social London team. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional client service standards and ensuring accurate, timely coordination of sales activities. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll manage quotations, client communications, and support the sales cycle end to end. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative, coordination or sales support experience (or a bright starter with the right mindset) who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and client enquiries
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support project delivery
- Source products and obtain supplier pricing and commercial information
- Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems
- Support project administration, including samples, logistics, meeting preparation, and action tracking
- Ensure compliance with company processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and quotations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
- An interest in the design and furniture industry
