About The Role: The Crowd are busy and growing and are looking for a Recruitment Specialist / Consultant to join our team to focus on placing interior designers within the architecture and interior design space. No previous recruitment experience is required – if you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and have interior design knowledge / experience, we’ll teach you the rest!
This is a people-focused and rewarding role, centred on building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll work with leading design studios, recruit across a wide range of roles and levels, and support people every step of the way through the recruitment process.

- Working closely with our current clients in addition to bringing in new contacts, developing our candidate pool, building a presence within the industry

A passion for the interior design / architecture industry and a strong understanding of the interior design space is essential. Strong writing skills are required. You will be a team player who champions the brand and team.
