A design-led, mid-sized architecture and interiors studio known for thoughtful, high-quality work and a genuine supportive culture are seeking a part-time IT Coordinator to join their London office. This is a permanent role, offered on a three-day week basis.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to all employees, ensuring the prompt and efficient resolution of all IT-related matters. Your contributions will be instrumental in steering, developing and enhancing the client’s IT goals alongside the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 1st and 2nd Line technical support for desktops and maintenance
- Set up and maintain workstations and laptops
- Collaborate with IT Manager on system reviews and software management
- Manage and support MacOS device issues
- Guide staff on software usage and resolve day-to-day technical challenges
- Troubleshooting Office 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, Exchange etc.)
- Monitor and maintain server and folder structures, data storage, and backups
- Previous experience in an IT support role, ideally within a creative studio
- Strong communication skills, with good people skills
- Confident translating technical information for non-technical audiences
- Skilled in diagnosing and fixing technical problems efficiently, both independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with MacOS devices
- Experience with VOIP, AI, Dropbox and NAS advantageous but not essential
