We are working with an established and desirable, mid-sized architecture practice to recruit an Architect for an initial 3–4-month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of a significant UK student accommodation project. Renowned for creating thoughtful architecture across residential, cultural, civic and public projects, the practice has built an outstanding reputation for design excellence and technical delivery.
Joining a collaborative project team, you will play a key role in the delivery of the project, with a strong focus on RIBA Stage 5. This position is ideal for an experienced Architect who can confidently step into a live project and make an immediate impact.
Offering flexible working, ongoing professional development, and an initial fixed-term contract, this role provides the chance to work on meaningful, design-led projects within a supportive team environment.
- Deliver comprehensive RIBA Stage 5 technical packages using Revit
- Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project requirements
