About The Role: The Crowd are working with a global, multi-disciplinary practice known for delivering large-scale complex projects that are seeking BIM Technicians to join their team. The positions are initially on an hourly rate, contract basis with potential to lead to a permanent position. Immediate start.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering healthcare and life science projects and worked in an architecture focused BIM team within a leading practice. You will collaborate closely with project teams to shape workflows, set up project models, and ensure the highest standards of coordination and quality throughout. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an ambitious, global industry leader within an established BIM Team. The company offer impressive benefits, flexible working and a truly supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aide the digital design within a project team
- Assist the team with Revit support
- Collaborate with project teams to develop workflows and BIM set up
- Assist with developing practice and project standards
- Carry out project reviews
- Production of Revit models and technical packages

- Experienced BIM Technician
- Expert Revit and Navisworks knowledge
