About The Role:
We are working with a sought after AJ100 practice, known for its thoughtful approach to large-scale, complex projects. Their London studio is looking for a confident and experienced Architect/Design Manager to join their award-winning studio and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile schemes across multiple sectors.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified Architect who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys balancing design ambition with technical and programme delivery. You will take the lead on one major UK-based project, while also overseeing key stages of several others – managing internal teams, coordinating external consultants, and ensuring milestones are met without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design development and documentation across all RIBA stages
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external consultants
- Lead meetings, presentations, and design reviews
- Manage budgets, scopes, and fee negotiations
- Oversee design compliance and sustainability certifications
Key Skills/Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with experience managing large-scale, complex projects
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Confident in design management, programme oversight, and contract administration
- Proficient in InDesign; Revit experience is a plus
- Ability to lead teams, manage expectations, and problem-solve under pressure
