The Croft Primary School in Swindon is seeking a Family Support Worker to join our team. The role involves 32 hours per week across two sites (2 days at Croft, 3 days at Wroughton Juniors) with days to be discussed at interview.
The position is permanent and term-time only over 39 weeks. You will work in partnership with parents, carers, pupils and external agencies to support pupils’ participation and wellbeing.
