Supervisor in Glasgow

What You Will Do

• Lead and supervise the team on shift, ensuring consistent service and presentation.
• Organise staffing and workloads to support smooth daily operations.
• Support HR processes and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and discount controls.
• Drive sales awareness and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Work with management on marketing and promotional activity.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Support training and development to build a strong team.

What You Will Need

• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
• The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and operational awareness.
• Experience using EPOS systems (preferred).
• A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
