The Role
As a Memorial Consultant, you will work with families to help them choose and personalise memorials that suit their wishes and budget. You will provide clear, compassionate advice while maintaining excellent client service and meeting agreed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with families to discuss and recommend memorial options, including plaques, headstones, and garden placements.
- Guide clients through the memorial selection, personalisation, and installation process.
- Present memorial products clearly and compassionately, ensuring clients understand their options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.
- Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and administrative colleagues to ensure smooth order processing.
- Participate in site events, memorial open days, and community engagement activities.
About You
- Has a natural empathy and ability to support grieving families with sensitivity.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a confident communicator with strong active listening skills.
- Is organised and detail-oriented, with excellent administrative abilities.
- Has experience in client support, retail, bereavement services, or similar client-facing roles.
- Is comfortable using IT systems to manage client records and documentation.
