Must: You are creative, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or the creative skills to demonstrate you have the right skills and, most importantly, the right attitude. A driver's licence is required to travel to shoots. Your experience will enable you to stay up to date with current industry & social media platform trends and apply that experience where it benefits our clients. You must understand the dental practice industry and be able to translate it across relevant digital platforms, although this is not a strict requirement.
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will capture high‑quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and storytelling goals across digital and social media platforms.
Duties:
- Operate professional video recording equipment to produce high‑quality footage for promotional, corporate, or editorial projects.
- Plan and organise shoots, including scouting locations, setting up lighting, and coordinating with subjects or teams.
- Edit raw footage using industry‑standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create polished final products.
- Enhance videos through colour grading and visual effects using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and clients to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives.
- Maintain an organised archive of footage and project files for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, editing techniques, and social media platforms to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other relevant editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve and CapCut.
- Experience with Capture One for colour correction and photo editing purposes.
- Strong knowledge of Final Cut Pro for professional video editing workflows.
- Demonstrable skills in photography and videography with a keen eye for composition, lighting, colour grading, and storytelling.
- Experience creating content tailored for various platforms with support from our Social Media Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to create unique and engaging content.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for the health industry and a curiosity to explore new ways to connect with our audience.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
- An enthusiastic team player with a resilient and problem‑solving attitude.
