Join Creative Assembly and craft deep and detailed games that last for decades. In this role, the Senior Brand Communications Manager will lead the communications strategy for the Survival brand and its upcoming title at our Horsham studio. The position is 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Communications Strategy – develop, execute, and manage comprehensive communication strategies across campaign stages, ensuring unified messaging across PR, creator and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with development, creative and brand teams to convey product features and updates externally and create corresponding campaign assets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external agency partners and publishing, supporting PR and creator planning and execution while aligning with broader brand and campaign goals.
  • Partner with Publishing teams to align product marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market plans with long‑term campaign objectives.
  • Content Development & Media Engagement – create press releases, brand copy, video/social assets, scripts, briefing materials, and marketing collateral; drive media engagement, support interview management, crisis management, and lead event preparation initiatives.
  • Operations Management – contribute to budget planning, discipline tracking, coordinate stakeholder approvals, and manage post‑campaign reporting and insights.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in gaming, technology or entertainment fields with a broad remit in communications, community and PR disciplines.
  • Strong ability to tailor communication appropriately to the audience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global communication strategies and managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in handling crisis scenarios, delivering media training, and coordinating proactive response plans with key stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in crafting impactful messages with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming trends, media landscape, and community dynamics.
  • Desirable: interest in the video game industry.
