Working Pattern: Option to work 4 days per week (Monday must be one of the working days). Occasionally business needs may require 5 days.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Franchise & Event Sales Manager to help grow the Creation Station network by awarding our award-winning franchise opportunity to people who want to run their own rewarding and successful business. Plus develop partnerships that generate events across the UK. This role combines franchise recruitment, partnership development and event sales. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to signed franchise agreements and confirmed event bookings. You will work closely with our MD to help expand the Creation Station network, generate new opportunities and build relationships with organisations such as corporates, venues, attractions and event organisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Award
- Manage enquiries from prospective franchise partners
- Conduct discovery calls and present the franchise opportunity
- Guide suitable candidates through the franchise discovery journey process
- Convert qualified prospects into signed franchise agreements
- Maintain an organised pipeline of franchise prospects
- Event Partnerships
- Identify organisations that may benefit from Creation Station activities
- Build relationships with corporates, venues, shopping centres, attractions and event organisers
- Secure event bookings and partnership opportunities
- Ensure event opportunities are confirmed before handover to the operations team
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Work with Marketing to support lead generation for franchise recruitment and event partnerships
- Identify new opportunities through research, partnerships, outreach and strategic connections
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion and pipeline growth
- Build relationships with organisations and partners who can generate ongoing opportunities
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage leads and opportunities using the company CRM system (Go High Level)
- Track prospects from enquiry through to signed agreement or confirmed booking
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups and activity tracking
Ideal Candidate
