Junior Sous Chef - Brighton We are looking for an experience Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Black Rock Restaurants.

Our obsession with going above and beyond is inspired by the Persian concept of "Nooshe j n".

Used in a similar way to "bon appetit", it also has a deeper meaning that translates more like "may it nourish your soul".

Because the experience we want to create goes way beyond a nice meal.
