Tallboy & Moose produce a diverse range of colourfully-presented beers and host some of the most fun events going at their Preston brewpub. If you’d like to join the team, they’re hiring a Sales & Activation Manager.
We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales & Activation Manager to lead the charge in driving growth across our retail and on-premise accounts. This isn’t a “desk job” — you’ll be out in the trade, building relationships, opening new accounts and making our beers impossible to ignore. You’ll work closely with the Tallboy leadership team to grow our footprint, increase visibility, and ensure our products are poured, stocked, and celebrated across your territory.
THE JOB
- Conduct a minimum of 40 impactful sales calls per week across on- and off-premise accounts
- Secure 1x new long-term tap (3+ months) per month
- Deliver 5–10% YOY growth across your customer base
- Run 2x engaging bottleshop tastings per month to activate off-premise demand
- Set up 2x off-premise displays per quarter to boost visibility and sales
- Use quarterly/monthly focuses (merch drives, POS pushes, new business incentives) to win the week
- Report weekly activity, wins and insights back to the team
- Process orders and invoicing
THE DEAL
- $70–$90K + Super + merchandise + >$5K F&B allowance (depending on experience)

- Strong network of on- and off-premise accounts (or the hustle to build one fast)
- A self-starter who thrives in the trade and owns their territory
- Able to manage your schedule, set goals, and get things done without handholding
- You know how to manage a pipeline from prospecting to nurturing with consistency
- You care about quality, brand representation, and building long-term customer value
- Flexible, coachable, and up for the challenge
- Have an RSA, a driver’s license and full Australian working rights
