The Craft Potters Association (CPA) is the UK’s leading membership organisation for studio potters and ceramic artists. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver marketing across our fairs, gallery, magazine and membership programme. This is a broad, hands‑on role combining planning, coordination and campaign delivery across a small but ambitious organisation.
You will work across:
- Ceramic Art London
- Oxford Ceramics Fair and York Ceramics Fair
- Contemporary Ceramics gallery
- Ceramic Review magazine
- A national membership of over 2,000 makers and collectors
The role focuses on bringing greater clarity, consistency and effectiveness to marketing activity, with a particular emphasis on delivering high‑quality campaigns for our fairs and supporting audience growth and income generation across the organisation.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in a small organisation
- Strong email marketing and CRM skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
This is a part‑time role (3 days per week) with flexible hybrid working, based in London.
