The Craft Potters Association (CPA) is the UK’s leading membership organisation for studio potters and ceramic artists. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver marketing across our fairs, gallery, magazine and membership programme. This is a broad, hands‑on role combining planning, coordination and campaign delivery across a small but ambitious organisation.

You will work across:

  • Ceramic Art London
  • Oxford Ceramics Fair and York Ceramics Fair
  • Contemporary Ceramics gallery
  • Ceramic Review magazine
  • A national membership of over 2,000 makers and collectors

The role focuses on bringing greater clarity, consistency and effectiveness to marketing activity, with a particular emphasis on delivering high‑quality campaigns for our fairs and supporting audience growth and income generation across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in a small organisation
  • Strong email marketing and CRM skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery

This is a part‑time role (3 days per week) with flexible hybrid working, based in London.
