We are looking for brilliant Assistant Managers, someone who is passionate about hospitality, someone who understands the challenges of the job but can embrace them with a smile. Someone who can lead by example, share their knowledge with a new team and help them to grow as a unit. The right person for the job will have a passion and love for beer (we are, after all called The Craft Beer Co.) but will need to understand that at heart, we are a hospitality business and we need to cater for all of our customers be they beer lovers or not.

We are looking for someone with ideas who can look at the local area and identify how we might appeal to our market. Qualities which we value in this position are honesty, integrity and importantly loyalty. We pride ourselves on having the best range of beer that you can find anywhere, plus we stock small batch spirits and carefully selected wines. In short, our product range is excellent and we need the best service to accompany these products.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role for a long time and wants to flourish and grow with the company. There will be ample opportunities to grow in the future with us.
