Night Receptionist

We're seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the A9 and close to towns like Aviemore.

Your duties will include:

• Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
• Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud)
• Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
• Looking after any guest requests
• Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties.
• Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
• Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean
• Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, a working knowledge of opera cloud would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
