We're seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the A9 and close to towns like Aviemore.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
- Being familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell.
- Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events.
- Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
- As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too, keeping all areas in top condition.
