Fabulous opportunity for a full or part-time person to work for an independent insurance company based in St Albans. They are looking for a strong claims handler/administrator with a corporate insurance background and ideally a working knowledge of Acturis.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and is good at getting things done. A background in general commercial insurance (preferably on policies) is essential, and experience with Acturis software is ideal though training can be provided. Responsibilities include logging new opportunities on the system (and ensuring it is updated), processing paperwork, and liaising with underwriters and clients.

The candidate should be happy working from home, self-disciplined, and motivated to work independently, with the flexibility to attend meetings in the London and St Albans office once a month.
