The Cow & Sow in England is seeking an energetic Supervisor to lead our farmshop and restaurant teams.

You will help run shifts, ensure seamless service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Working with the General and Assistant Manager, you’ll coordinate between restaurant, farmshop and kitchen, uphold food safety and service standards, and support events and seasonal activities to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
