The Coventry Building Society Senior Manager - Major Incident Management is responsible for leading and continuously improving the Group's Major Incident Management capability across the Society and the Bank. You will provide strategic leadership, governance and oversight to ensure effective response, coordination and resolution of high-impact technology incidents.
The role operates on a function-led hybrid model with two to three days on site each week, with travel to other sites for key.
