Responsibilities

  • Provide deep technical knowledge for design, build, and implementation of infrastructure solutions
  • Own and manage complex production incidents, collaborating with technical teams for resolution
  • Co-ordinate initiatives for service improvements, ensuring task completion by colleagues
  • Continually assess and revise processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Mentor and coach peers within the team
  • Participate in an on-site hybrid approach, working in Coventry at least 1 day a week and 2 days per quarter
  • Be available for out-of-hours support rota, approximately every 4 months after training
