We're looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Chepstow branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different. This is a part time role working 8.45am - 5pm Monday and Tuesday with every other Saturday 8.45am - 12.30pm.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment.
- Find solutions for customers and keep up to date with services, policies and procedures.
- Stay on top of administrative tasks.
- Deal with cash transactions carefully and accurately.
- Take telephone calls for our greater Customer Service area.
