The Cove School in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Transition Job Coach for the school year. This part-time role supports students 1:1 and in small groups at the K12 Campus, the Cove Career Center, and in community settings to build independent living and employability skills.
At the Cove Career Center, you will assist with budgeting, health, nutrition, fitness, meal planning and social skills; at work sites you’ll model tasks, gather progress data, and provide feedback.
