thecovalentbond is a highly experienced team building their second digital marketing agency. The senior team all have over 10+ years experience, meaning it\’s a wonderful place to learn and grow with some amazing people very willing to share.
We’re looking for a UX designer to transform data and insight into UX improvements, ideally leveraging experience in CRO and A/B testing. You will be working with a range of clients from major technology brands to ecommerce, healthcare and hospitality with the goal to make the onsite experience simpler and easier for customers to increase online leads and sales.
Responsibilities
- Analyse user journeys to suggest improvements that improve end to end customer experience
- Leverage data from tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Content Square tools to identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve user experience
- Develop hypothesis for improvements and ideas for personalisation and A/B tests
- Create designs for UX and UI changes that fit within the client’s website design guidelines
- Collaborate with developers re: feasibility of any on-site changes or UX improvements
- Adapt to challenges identified by customer insight and customer service teams
- Help identify key UX metrics to track to develop full understanding of the journey
- Collaborate with the team positively to bring joy and success
- Use creativity without fear to help our clients and team successfully grow
Requirements
- 2–6 Years’ experience in a UX role focused on digital experiences
- A portfolio we can review showcasing strategic thinking, problem-solving & strong UX design
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation and knowledge of A/B testing tools
- Experience with UX analytics tools such as analytics (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), heatmaps and session recordings
- Ability to work with analysts & developers on areas of opportunity and technical feasibility
- Strong prioritisation, communication and presentation skills
- Ecommerce experience preferable but not critical
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our London office, and we expect a minimum 3 days in the office. Accepting UK based applicants only. Salary range £40-55k depending on experience.
