About the role…
Our new performance marketing specialist will help our clients grow by supporting the strategy, implementation and analysis across all key channels (organic, paid, social) and platforms (google, meta, TikTok, youtube etc.). Everything we do is focussed on meeting the client objectives, so we work closely with our client teams to learn as much as possible about their businesses to improve our ability to positively impact their business.
Opportunities for growth…
Although we’re seeking a performance marketing specialist, if we find someone with broader skills (data, CRM, UX etc.), we’d be very interested as we don’t strictly structure the business into ‘channels’ like a normal agency. Equally, if you’re a performance marketing expert but keen to expand your knowledge into more digital specialisms we’d happily support that journey.
Responsibilities…
- Develop, implement, and refine performance marketing strategies tailored to each client\’s goals
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and achieve measurable results.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimisation and site performance enhancement.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement best practices to ensure technical, internal link and content optimisation.
- Create and update meta tags, titles, and descriptions to improve search engine visibility and click-through rates.
- Develop and manage link-building strategies, including outreach to authoritative websites for quality backlinks.
- Paid campaign setup, copy optimisation & analysis across all key platforms:
- Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and any other relevant
- Audience insight, segmentation targeting to maximise performance
- Management of paid media budgets, optimising for performance and ROI
- Collaborate with clients to set realistic KPIs and ensure alignment with their broader business goals.
- Deliver strategic performance insights to drive action in platform and via Google Analytics/Looker Studio
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to maintain edge
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, share insights, and discuss ongoing strategies tailored to their goals.
- Collaborate with the team in a positive manner to bring joy and success
- Use creativity without fear to help our clients and team successfully grow
About you…
- 2–4 years\’ hands-on experience
- Confident in SEO and paid, with a proven track record of improving results
- Experience conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and off-page strategies.
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, seoClarity, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Highly competent with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous success delivering growth for clients
- Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Self-starter with a love for learning and curiosity at your core
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
- Google Ads certification (preferred but not essential)
