We’re thecovalentbond, a performance focussed digital agency in London with 30 people across search (PPC, SEO & AIO), media, content, CRO, CRM and automation for clients including Samsung, Collinson, Shake Shack, Evewell and Future Forum. Our senior team has built and sold agencies before, we care a lot about our culture, and have been enjoying rapid growth over the past couple of years.
About the Role
This is a role which has the potential to make the rest of the agency stronger. It provides full coverage from setting up tracking, building reporting solutions that help the team, and automating work that needn't be done by hand. Combining technical, analysis, strategy and building, the role will pay £25k to £45k experience dependent.
About You
You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where there’s lots to learn and achieve. You’ll enjoy solving problems and finding the right path through what might at first feel like a complex landscape of platforms and data. You’ll be familiar with the various associated tools across reporting, analytics and automation – including Google Analytics, Data Studio, GTM, n8n etc.
What You’ll Own
- Automation: Spot recurring manual work and automate it away with the right toolset.
- Tracking & Setup: GA4 and GTM implementation / audit / resolving issues.
- Reporting: Dashboards & visualisations to track KPIs and guide decision‑making.
- Analysis: Evaluate client performance for patterns, opportunities & recommendations.
- CRM & Data: Help client teams with setup, forms, tracking, segmentation & reporting.
How to Apply
If you’re comfortable with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, automation platforms and SQL/Python, are keen to fill any gaps fast and can tell simple, powerful stories about complex data – then we’d love to hear from you. Experience using LLMs in the analysis and automation workflow, and any exposure to PowerBI, HubSpot, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog are nice to haves.
