Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and caring LNAs to join our healthcare team.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for patients/residents.

Responsibilities include

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
  • Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well
  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
  • Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures

Qualifications

  • Must have an active NH LNA license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
  • Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train
