The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading items, planning delivery routes, maintaining communication with dispatch, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload goods with care and attention to safety and handling protocols.
- Obtain delivery confirmations (signatures or electronic proof of delivery).
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.
- Conduct vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs or issues.
