Responsibilities

  • Possess the requisite knowledge and pedagogical skill to effectively teach Psychology at both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
  • Take full responsibility for the leadership of the subject as a ‘department of one’, including curriculum design, resource management, and the monitoring of student progress.
  • Be a passionate advocate for Psychology, fostering a love for the social sciences across the school.
  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of student success.
