Job description
Were looking for a talented MidSenior Graphic Designer to help shape, evolve and elevate our brands visual identity. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves concept-led design, storytelling and craft, and who enjoys working across a wide mix of print, digital, social and film content. Youll work closely with the Head of Brand and wider marketing team to deliver inspiring, commercially driven creative that resonates with our customers and helps differentiate us in a competitive retail landscape.
The role
- Create brand-elevating concepts and campaign creative across paid, owned and earned channels
- Design assets for digital, social, print, POS and PR, ensuring consistently high standards
- Translate marketing briefs into strong visual narratives aligned to brand direction
- Help evolve and define the brand aesthetic, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Ensure all creative is underpinned by clear commercial thinking and reasons-to-buy
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, senior stakeholders and external agencies
- Take feedback on board and refine creative while maintaining the integrity of the original idea
- Support and mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills and confidence
- Act as an AI champion, exploring and embedding new tools to improve creativity and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
- Create design guidance, templates and wireframes for use across print and digital channels

Skills & experience
Essential
- 5+ years experience in a graphic design role
- Previous experience in a retail or multi-channel environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and branded content
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and Figma
- Strong understanding of print production and artwork delivery
- Experience maintaining and working within established brand guidelines
- Ability to commute to our Norwich or London office at least 3 days per week
Desirable
- Experience mentoring or managing junior designers
- Background in home interiors or lifestyle brands
We offer a hybrid working environment, and you will be expected to spend a minimum of 3 days each week in our London or Norwich Head Office.
