- Define tracking requirements for new features, journeys and propositions so impact can be measured from day one.
- Own the development and maintenance of data layer specifications and technical documentation.
- Conduct regular audits, QA checks and debugging of tags, triggers and data outputs to ensure high data integrity.
- Connect customer, product and commerce datasets to support rapid, high‑quality decision‑making for digital trading and optimisation.
- Build and own dashboards, reporting and self‑serve insight used by teams across the business.
What you’ll need:
- Demonstrable, strong experience with GA4 reporting/analysis; confident interpreting eCommerce & funnel metrics (sessions, PDP, ATC, checkout, purchase).
- Proven ability to deliver trusted, stakeholder‑ready reporting (ideally Power BI) including clear KPI definitions and documentation.
- Confident combining data from multiple sources into coherent reporting and insight.
- Able to turn data into insight: explain what happened / why / what to do next for Digital leadership.
Benefits:
- 25 days holiday per year + public holidays (prorated for part‑time colleagues).
- Company pension.
