Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Group IT Manager to lead technical operations, oversee cloud and infrastructure systems, and deliver a full migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.

Technical Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA and conditional access
• Oversee multi-site IT infrastructure, networking and endpoint management
• Implement cyber security controls and risk management processes
• Manage outsourced IT provider performance and SLAs
• Lead rollout of hardware/software upgrades

Project Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the cloud migration to Microsoft 365
• Configure SharePoint storage and permissions
• Produce user training and technical documentation
• Support adoption of digital working practices

Essential Skills

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Multi-site IT operations management
• Hands‑on troubleshooting (network, hardware, cloud)
• Experience delivering IT change/migration projects

Desirable

• Google Workspace administration
• MDM tools (Intune preferred)
• Cyber Essentials / ISO27001 awareness
