The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

As the Electro Technical Officer you will be responsible for all aspects of on-board maintenance of electrical systems and electronic and navigational equipment, ensuring all repairs and servicing is carried out to the highest standards. Additionally, you will assist the Technical Team in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective management of the plant, taking into account vessel operations and environmental impact.

Qualifications:

  • HND Marine Engineering or HND Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering / NVQ Level 3 in Merchant Vessel Engineering or equivalent level
  • GMDSS Radio Maintenance Certificate
  • Electronic Navigation Equipment Maintenance Certificate
  • Watch keeping Senior Electro Technical Officer Certificate of Competency (III/6)
  • Watch keeping Electro Technical Officer Certificate of Competency (III/6)
  • Valid ENG1 medical certificate
