We are looking for experienced business tax professionals to join an ever‑growing corporate tax specialist team. The role involves advising a wide range of clients across multiple industry sectors on corporate tax planning, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals, international tax matters, and the preparation of complex UK tax computations and returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate tax planning and restructuring projects in the UK.
- Work on corporate and property acquisitions and disposals, and international tax matters.
- Prepare complex UK tax computations and returns.
- Pro‑actively manage own workload, train and mentor junior team members, and communicate regularly with directors or partners.
Qualifications
- CTA qualified (or ACA qualified or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in a UK corporate tax focused role.
