For the right individual, this is an opportunity to develop valuable experience within a demanding and professional environment, working closely with senior leadership and building the foundations for a rewarding career in executive support, concierge services or lifestyle management.
We are seeking a polished, proactive and service-oriented Concierge to provide dedicated day-to-day support to the CEO of a leading global energy trading business. This is an entry level role and excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, a natural instinct for service and a keen eye for detail to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment and take their first steps into a career in executive support.
The successful candidate will be naturally attentive, highly organised and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service. You will have a warm, polished and approachable manner, excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with colleagues, visitors and external contacts. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or a front-of-house environment would be advantageous, although attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.
This position would suit someone who takes pride in the finer details, enjoys being one step ahead and understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality. You will need to be adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining consistently high standards.
