We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our field operations team as a Lighthouse Maintenance Engineer (Civil) to oversee the maintenance of specific elements within the Trinity House lighthouse estate ensuring they meet the required standards.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting contract specifications and negotiating cost-effective contracts for civil maintenance. You\βll evaluate contractors\β technical suitability for Trinity House civil projects and guarantee compliance with CDM guidelines for all estate-related work. Additionally, you\βll act as the Trinity House Client, overseeing on-site contractors to ensure work aligns with agreed-upon standards and maintains high quality.

β An understanding of building inspections/surveys leading to specification and cost estimation.
