We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions.
You will support the People, Recruitment, and Learning & Development (L&D) teams with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks while working towards your Level 3 HR qualification via an apprenticeship with Colchester Institute.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting day-to-day HR administration
Assisting with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
Helping maintain employee records and HR systems
Supporting Learning & Development activities and training administration
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Providing excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
Working collaboratively with the HR team on ongoing projects and initiatives
