Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly capable professional to manage the full spectrum of responsibilities associated with a private family office. This includes oversight of global investments, private equity holdings, real estate, aviation (private jet), maritime assets (yacht), and select philanthropic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic investment acumen and hands-on operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Management

  • Oversee and manage the familys global investment portfolio, including listed securities, private equity, VC, real estate, and alternative investments.
  • Liaise with external investment advisors, banks, wealth managers, and fund managers.
  • Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
  • Provide regular reporting, performance analysis, and risk assessment to the Principal.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment instruments.

Asset Oversight & Administration

  • Manage private aviation operations: work with aviation advisors and service providers to oversee aircraft operations, maintenance, insurance, leasing agreements, and compliance.
  • Oversee maritime assets (e.g., yacht): liaise with yacht management firms on crew, maintenance, compliance, logistics, charters, and usage schedules.
  • Maintain and ensure efficient administration and reporting of real estate and other physical assets globally.
  • Track and monitor ownership structures and trusts related to asset holding.

Operational & Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the family office team and external advisors (legal, tax, finance, security, etc.).
  • Implement and manage risk management protocols, insurance coverage, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security across all dealings and communications.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cash flow planning, and consolidated financial reporting for the familys global assets.

Philanthropy & Special Projects

  • Support charitable giving strategies and oversight of foundations or CSR initiatives.
  • Manage special projects or acquisitions as directed by the Principal.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1215 years of experience in private banking, investment management, family office, or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) advisory roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex investment portfolios and lifestyle assets (e.g., aviation, maritime).
  • Deep knowledge of international tax structures, trusts, and multi-jurisdictional wealth management.
  • Exceptional discretion, integrity, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with full confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with external advisors, team members, and the family directly.
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Law or related field; CFA/CA/CPA preferred.

Compensation:
