  • What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality pub dishes and handcrafted pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food consistently
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
  • Working across different sections of the kitchen, depending on your experience and role
  • Preparing, stretching and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard where required
  • Contributing ideas, sharing knowledge, and continually developing your skills
  • Depending on your experience, supporting and mentoring junior team members

What we're looking for

  • A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
  • Experience in a professional kitchen appropriate to your level
  • Pizza-making experience is welcomed for Pizza Chef roles, but we're equally keen to hear from chefs with broader kitchen experience
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistently great food
  • A reliable, hardworking team player with excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
