Business Support - Administration

Start date: September 2026

Salary: Full Time Equivalent £26,131 / Actual £24,051

Hours: 40 per week, 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent

Term time only: 38 school weeks plus training days

Responsibilities

As the first line of contact for all marketing productions and events, you will communicate with external providers, parents/carers, students and staff. This role is creative, interesting and varied, supporting the administration team in a wide range of duties across the academy. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in an educational setting
  • Creative and proactive working practices
  • Marketing or similar background advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills
  • Excellent IT skills including social media
  • Flexible attitude to the role
  • Willingness to undertake First Aid training (training will be provided)
