The Cornerstone Academy is seeking an Attendance & Family Liaison Officer Assistant to support students with significant absences, helping them re-engage with education. You will work with families, school staff, external agencies and the SEND team to identify barriers and implement strategies to improve attendance and learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an educational setting, strong relationship-building and advocacy skills, and excellent communication and teamwork.
