The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the F&B operations at The Corner Hotel London. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrives in a creative environment, and is committed to sustainability and innovation in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all F&B operations across the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and event catering.
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage and motivate the F&B team, ensuring ongoing development, training, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement creative menus in collaboration with the kitchen team that align with the hotel's sustainable ethos.
  • Monitor financial performance of the department and drive profitability through cost control, budgeting, and upselling.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to align F&B strategy with broader business goals.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and oversee ordering, stock management, and inventory control.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting F&B initiatives through internal and external campaigns.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar Food and Beverage leadership role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant/bar environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for sustainability, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends in London and a desire to innovate.
  • Experience working within branded hotel environments is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules.
